Contract Variables — Per Employee

In short
The big table — every one of the 37 staff in scope, their template, their addendums, their pay, hours, and what data we're still missing for them. Use the filter at the top of the page to find specific people.

Source data: Employee Contract Info - Wild.csv (BrightHR export, run 14-May-26). Purpose: confirm which contract template + addendums each person needs, and flag missing data that must be collected before drafts can be generated.

Note on pay figures. All "Pay (BrightHR)" values below are taken verbatim from BrightHR's Salary + Rate columns. They are not estimated or computed. If a figure looks wrong, the source record in BrightHR is what needs updating. The "Pay (contract phrasing)" column shows how that figure should appear in the contract itself, following UK convention for the relevant contract type.


How pay is normally stated by contract type

For salaried staff in BrightHR's "Monthly" basis, the annual figure shown below is monthly × 12. For "Hourly" basis, the rate is shown as-is.


Classification + data completeness — 37 individuals

Placeholder slots excluded (rows 13 "Visiting Baker", 14 "Stage Baker", 35 "Temporary Driver" — these are role slots in BrightHR, not real people). Bravo Nyamudoka excluded at user's request — his own contract is out of scope of this generation pass.

Must-fix before any contract is generated

Minor / can be cleaned up later

  1. Contract Type blanks for Maya Rahajeng, Tim Forge, Rianne Nairn — assumed from hours, but worth confirming.
  2. Tax Code blanks for Rui Barbosa, Stephen Calder — payroll concern, not contract-blocking.
  3. Personal contact details missing for Poppie Cadell, Henry Chalmers — useful for HR but not strictly required for a contract.

Edge cases / decisions

  1. Caledonia Jeffrey is recorded as PT in BrightHR but is on the Evening Packing team at variable hours — should she be on Template A (committed PT) or Template B (casual)? Default: B, consistent with the rest of Evening Packing.
  2. Cameron Simpson and Rebekah France are weekend cleaners on PT contracts with regular 4h — could justify Template A (committed PT) instead of B. Default: B because cleaning hours are typically irregular and offered shift-by-shift.
