Standing order prices vs OS price list — grouped by consistency to distinguish negotiated discounts from errors
Most of these gaps are intentional negotiated discounts, not pricing errors. Customers with a fixed discount rate show the same gap across every product they order — that's an agreed rate, not a mistake. Customers with mixed pricing across products are flagged separately and are worth checking.
