Workflow
- Zoe reviews all 7 docs (this is v0 / draft)
- Apply Zoe's amendments → move accepted version into
v1/subfolder for version control - Sequencing of rollout (recommended):
- Wave 1: Director + senior staff (John, Kevin, Tim B, Elspeth, Sean, Heather, Reuben, Caroline, James — 9 total) — proves out the pack with the most complex cases
- Wave 2: Standard permanent staff (FT + PT bakers, drivers, shop, admin)
- Wave 3: Casual / zero-hours staff
- Wave 4: Consultant (David — only after IR35 CEST is complete)
- (Note: "Wave" = rollout sequencing. Not to be confused with notice "tier" in the templates or material-change "track" in transition-workflow.md.)
- Signing method:
- Existing staff: wet sign on a printed copy, kept on file. The act of physically signing reinforces consent for any variation of existing terms.
- New joiners: e-sign (DocuSign or BrightHR's built-in acceptance flow) for speed.
- Generator script: CSV → populated draft per employee with correct template + addendums
- Issue to staff with the relevant cover letter variant. See transition-workflow.md for handling existing staff.
- Collect signed copies and store on the HR system.
Deferred / parking lot
- Bravo's own contract. Excluded from this pass at user's request. To be drafted once Bravo's BrightHR record is populated (DOB, address, job title, contract type, pay rate).
- Generator script. Not yet built — once Zoe returns v1, build
