Invoice drafts not appearing for 7 Jun and 9 Jun

Xero audit (15 Jun): both dates show 100 ACCREC invoices, all PAID or VOIDED — full lifecycle completed. Issue was in-the-moment on 9 Jun afternoon; the sweep fix (c103c56, "treat scheduled as non-terminal") deployed the same day resolved the root cause.
