Tim requested on 2 Jun that the pastry and slicing total sheets have a grand total sum row at the bottom.

Added a bold Total row below the item list in both PastryTotalDocument and SlicedTotalDocument in app/lib/pdf.tsx, using the existing subtotalRow styles.
