Ballathie House Hotel — GoCardless not collecting invoices

Tim flagged on 8 Jun that Ballathie House Hotel invoices were not flowing through to GoCardless. Xero audit shows GoCardless stopped collecting after 13 May 2026. Invoices before that date: all PAID. Invoices from 13 May onwards (INV-20011, INV-20191, INV-21106, INV-21286, INV-21580): all AUTHORISED with full amount due. Total outstanding: approx £505. The Xero invoices are being created correctly — the issue is on the GoCardless side (mandate likely lapsed or cancelled). Tim applied for GoCardless admin access on 6 Jun.
